Between the files, documents, and work that we have to do; we rarely have the time to clean up the tools that we are using. We keep accumulating files and documents, sometimes misplacing the others because there’s already too much to keep track of. It is important to perform regular clean-up on the tools that we use for work to make us as productive as possible. Emails – some people can receive hundreds of emails in a day. Most of time, we just scroll through the important ones and neglect the rest for next time. Days go by and you notice you have a thousand emails that is waiting for your attention. This is not a pretty sight but it’s just clutter in your inbox. It is now harder for you to look for important messages because of all the previous unread ones. Delete those you don’t need. If others look like spam to you, mark it as spam so next time it doesn’t go to your inbox.
